Snails are far from my favorite. Years passed by since I last ate them (in the typical French way where you pick them out of their shell).
A week ago a friend of mine invited me to dinner. I had proudly said that I eat anything some time ago, so he did not bother asking me for preferences. We went to a snail specialist.
I decided to eat the snail antipasto and did not regret. Eating snails in all these different ways was excellent. Such a difference from the ‘French way’. I can fully recommend this restaurant. It also offers lots of choice for those who really do not want to eat snails (they make a good pizza as well).
The restaurant is hidden behind an ugly and plain bar, so you would not notice it.
